How do you ship packages?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
If you want to receive the goods faster than the dates specified below, you can contact us and clarify the possible methods and terms of paid delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the location of the buyer and the term for crediting the payment to our accounts. Delivery times are extended, as we use the most economical and free shipping. Besides, in the case of using Payssion payment methods, payments are credited to us 15 days after payment, which also increases delivery time.

If you have not received the goods 55 days after sending, please contact us.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Some mail services that provide low-cost services do not provide tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled..
Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority, but in the best online stores there are 1% -3% of goods that are either not delivered to the address, or delivered, but were damaged. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 85 days including 2-10 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you have any problems with the receipt of the goods, please inform us about it within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and provide relevant evidence (for example, if the goods are defective, the wrong goods or goods are of poor quality).
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, failure to pay customs duties and taxes, etc.)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, government decisions, etc.).
- You have not provided reliable evidence of deficiencies in the received goods.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (90 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Refunds money are carried out mainly in the same way that they were transferred, or by agreement of the parties, another method of payment available to us, within 14 days.
